These Terms of Use govern your use of woonsel.com (the "Site"), operated by Woonsel ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site describes our services and work. It is provided for general information. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into a contract. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement.

- Scrape, copy or redistribute Site content at scale, including for training machine learning models, without our written permission.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, video, the Woonsel name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Case study materials are shown with permission of the respective clients and remain their property. Client names and trademarks belong to their owners. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or internal business purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.
4. Information you send us
Please do not send confidential information through the Site before we have a signed agreement. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites, including client websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Results described in case studies reflect specific projects and are not a guarantee of future results.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED US $100.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Woonsel is established, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live. If a dispute arises, please contact us first athello@woonsel.com and we will try to resolve it in good faith.

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
